After removing the bandage, wash gently with non-scented antibacterial soap twice a day and pat dry with a clean paper towel. After washing, apply a thin layer of Aquaphor or non-scented white lotion. Avoid swimming or submerging the tattoo in any water for 14 days. If in the sun, make sure you are wearing a high spf sunscreen. Do not pick at or scratch the tattoo, if it is itchy you can pat/slap it.
